I had a great stay overall with the hotel being conveniently located just opposite the Fornet cable car, making it perfect for a ski holiday. The rooms were lovely and reflected the charm of the region, although there were some issues with the heating not being consistent during the listed times. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but the dining options for breakfast could have offered a bit more variety. Still, for a family getaway, it was a good value for money.
